I'm still trying to figure out which team I'll follow after they move :-(

Probably an eastern team. Perhaps I'll go back to following the Bruins (I followed them for about one season prior to adopting the Coyotes as my team of choice in 1997ish). Other possibilities include the Isles (if they don't move), or Buffalo

Still, 20 years is a pretty decent amount of time for a desert ice hockey team. I just hope that the local AZ hockey scene doesn't disappear once they move since they have done pretty well from what I've heard.

Arena woes have plagued this sad sack organization for a very long time. And it certainly sounds like Bettman has drawn the proverbial line in the sand. I've been a strong supporter of Bettman, and was a strong proponent of keeping the club here with a Scottsdale deal that never materialized, and then a less than ideal Glendale deal. I'm having a hard time believing/supporting a professional sports organization that finds the need for not one, but two tax payer funded stadiums in less than 20 years. That's pathetic. If the NHL/Coyotes can't make the move to where they think they'll be successful without asking for a handout again, then the league and the team can go eff itself. Simple as that.
