New Coaching Staff for Springfield

It looks like the Coyotes will be going with a new coaching staff in Sprignfield. I'm surprised Edwards lasted as long as he did (despite some success). So, while it may be a year or two overdue, at least it's a step in the right direction.

Well, it looks like we have an excellent coach in place in Springfield...

Ron Rolston will be the new coach in Springfield. He has some NHL experience and plenty of AHL/College experience. He's also one of our former scouts, so he should be familiar with some of our prospects. He seems to work well with young'uns and could possibly replace Tip once his contract is up (3 more seasons). Admittedly, he didn't do too well in his previous attempt at coaching in the NHL, but he was working for the Sabres :-?
